1. The Academy is education, and only education

Equilibre Trading Academy is an educational platform. It teaches concepts including market structure, multi-timeframe analysis, price action, support and resistance, trade setup evaluation, position sizing, stop loss and take profit placement, risk and reward, risk management, execution discipline, and trading process and psychology.

Equilibre LLC is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, a financial adviser, a portfolio manager, a signal service, or a managed account service. Nothing in the Academy is personalised financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

• We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or manage anyone's account.
• We do not tell you what to buy or sell, and no lesson, tool, score or example should be read as an instruction to enter or exit a position.
• We do not promise that you will become profitable, earn an income, or replace employment.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for their outcomes.

2. Eligibility and your account

You may use the Academy only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract where you live, and only where doing so is lawful. If you are using the Academy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at contact@equilibrellc.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Access is personal

Purchasing the Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own learning. Access is tied to your account.

• Do not share, sell, rent, sublicense or transfer your access, and do not share your credentials.
• Do not copy, download in bulk, republish, redistribute or resell Academy content.
• Do not use the Academy to build a competing product, or to train a model on its content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment verification, or the limits of your account.

4. Price, payment and access

Academy access is $497 USD, paid once, for lifetime access to the Academy as described at the time of purchase. There is no free trial and there is no recurring subscription for Academy access.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Where enabled, we also accept manual payment methods, which may include Zelle and Cash App. You send the payment yourself, outside the Academy, to the recipient shown for that method, and then submit the transaction reference and proof. We verify it against our own records before anything is granted.

Access is granted only when payment is actually confirmed. Reaching a confirmation page or a return URL grants nothing, and neither does submitting a manual payment: a reference number, a screenshot and a pending request are not access. For a manual payment, access begins when we approve it.

• “Lifetime” means for as long as Equilibre LLC operates the Academy. It is not a guarantee that any particular lesson, tool or feature will exist forever.
• Prices may change for future purchasers. A change does not affect access you have already bought.
• You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges or transfer fees that apply to your payment.

5. Refunds and billing problems

The Academy is digital educational content and access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed. Equilibre LLC does not currently offer a general satisfaction-based refund window, and no specific refund period is promised in these terms.

That is separate from billing problems, which we will put right. Contact us at contact@equilibrellc.com with the details and we will review the transaction.

Where a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the Academy access it paid for may be revoked, and any referral commission earned on that purchase is reversed.

• Duplicate charges for the same access.
• Technical or administrative billing errors, including an amount charged that does not match the price shown.
• Payments you did not authorise, or that appear to be fraudulent.
• Any refund that applicable consumer protection law in your country requires and that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Referral programme

If you share your referral link and someone you introduce buys the Academy, you earn a commission. The current amount is $10 USD per eligible confirmed purchase, and it is earned once per person you introduce. It becomes available to withdraw immediately once the purchase is confirmed — there is no holding period. For a manual payment, that moment is when we approve it, not when it is submitted.

Commission is tied to a purchase that has actually been confirmed. Nothing is earned for a click, a visit, a registration, an abandoned checkout, a failed payment or an unpaid order.

Referral records form part of our financial books. If your account is deleted while commission is still recorded against it, that record is retained and anonymised rather than erased, and any balance is marked unclaimed for us to review.

• Self-referral is not permitted and does not earn commission.
• One referrer is recorded per referred account, and it does not change afterwards.
• We may review, withhold, reject or reverse commission affected by a refund, a chargeback, a payment reversal, duplicate or manipulated attribution, fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• Payouts are not automatic and the Academy does not transfer money. You request a payout here, choosing Zelle, Cash App or PayPal and giving us the destination; we review it and then send the money ourselves, outside the Academy, before recording it as paid. We may ask you to verify your identity or your payment details first.
• We may change the commission amount or the programme rules for future referrals. A change does not remove commission you have already earned.

7. Certificates of completion

The Academy issues certificates when you genuinely complete the required work. A certificate records that completion and nothing more.

A certificate is not a professional licence, an accreditation, a regulatory authorisation, investment adviser or broker status, or evidence that you will trade competently or profitably.

• We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, sharing of answers, or breach of these terms.
• Public verification of a certificate may stop working if the account it belongs to is deleted.

8. Educational tools

The Academy includes tools such as the Setup Builder, the Risk Calculator, journalling, skill mastery tracking, quizzes and progress tracking. They exist to help you practise a process and to check your own reasoning.

No output of any Academy tool — including a setup score, a calculated position size, or a worked example — is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Verify every number against your own broker and your own circumstances before you act on anything.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Academy unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
• Do not present yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Equilibre LLC.
• Do not use Academy material to offer financial advice, signals or managed trading to others.
• Do not interfere with the platform's operation or security, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

10. Availability, changes and suspension

We work to keep the Academy available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or remove lessons, tools and features as the curriculum develops.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where the circumstances require it, if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

11. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account yourself from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone by us. An administrator may also delete an eligible account.

Deletion removes your profile, your Academy access, your progress, your assessment attempts and your certificates, and it removes your ability to sign in. Certain records are retained — see the Privacy Policy, which describes exactly what is kept and why.

12. Intellectual property

The Academy, its curriculum, its methodology, its text, its tools and its design belong to Equilibre LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your purchase grants access, not ownership, and no rights are granted beyond those stated in these terms.

Anything you write into the Academy — journal entries, answers, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you as part of operating the service.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Academy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Academy will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equilibre LLC is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Academy. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Academy access.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is the case, they do not apply to you and nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory local law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Academy changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the Academy after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces what you receive, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you.
